For secure and reliable payment processing, we use technology from Stripe. All payments are transmitted in encrypted form and processed according to current security standards.
Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your data is securely transmitted and encrypted.
Debit Cards
Payment with debit cards is also fully supported. Additional payment methods will be added in the future.
Payment via Guest App & Web App
Guests can conveniently and securely pay for their orders directly via our guest app or the guest web app. Payment via the restaurant app is currently not available.
Security & Privacy
Payment data is processed directly via the secure infrastructure of Stripe and is not stored on our servers. Transmission is encrypted in accordance with current security and PCI standards.
Cancellations & Refunds
Guests can only cancel their order as long as the restaurant has not yet started preparing it. Restaurant owners can cancel orders at any time. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund (100%) will be issued to the originally used payment method.
